Synergy Land and Environmental Services (Synergy) is proud to announce an exciting milestone in our strategic growth: our official expansion into the United States.
As of February 1, 2026, Right Way Land & Compliance, LLC (Right Way), headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, and Synergy have joined forces. This partnership represents a natural next step in Synergy’s long-term growth strategy and reflects our commitment to serving clients where they operate.
Over the past year, both organizations engaged in extensive discussions and due diligence. It quickly became clear that Synergy and Right Way are strongly aligned—culturally, professionally, and philosophically. We share a common focus on delivering exceptional service and achieving successful outcomes for our clients through collaboration, professionalism, and local expertise.
Leadership and Experience
Right Way was founded by Robert (Rob) Latimer, who will continue to lead the U.S. operations from Omaha. Rob brings extensive experience across the western U.S. in land services, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder relations, including a long tenure with TC Energy. His background includes six years working on the Gas Transmission NW system in the Pacific Northwest, as well as more than a decade in pipeline operations leadership and land roles prior to relocating from Alberta to the U.S. in 2001.
