Accomplishments

Synergy employees have assisted in the standardization of courses and industry-leading materials for the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association (CEPA) and Mount Royal University advisory committee.

Synergy supported CEPA in the creation of a training module for land representatives working on federally regulated pipelines, taking responsibility for compiling and presenting this information to industry for peer review. The final training module, which included an acceptance agreement based on recommendations made by Synergy throughout the review process, was presented and approved for circulation to land brokerages and representatives across Canada.

In 2013, Synergy was honoured to receive a Canadian Association of Petroleum Land Administrators (CAPLA) Champion award for our support of and commitment to CAPLA, and for helping to elevate the profile of petroleum land asset management in general. This award was issued to Synergy as a result of our substantial involvement in the organization. Synergy staff volunteered on several committees, provided leadership and mentoring, and at a corporate level provided financial support through sponsorship of a number of CAPLA events.

Synergy is a proud supporter of the International Right of Way Association, with many of our staff serving on committees at the Chapter and Regional levels.

As a company, Synergy promotes continual education through industry organizations, with the goal of staff achieving the highest levels of designation possible in order to provide above-standard client service.
